Author Guidelines

  • The scope of the article must be 14,000 characters (with spaces, font - TimesNR14, single spacing, justified text, A4 paper size).
  • For the title of the article, font 14 bold, capital letters, center alignment.
  • Pages must have margins: bottom - 20 mm, top - 20 mm, left - 30 mm, right - 15 mm.
  • Paragraph indent size – 15 mm.
  • The space between the heading and the text must be one blank line.
  • Annotation - 100…150 words.
  • The list of references must be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus, and also include the latest editions, including references to foreign sources.
  • The article is submitted in electronic form (or sent to the e-mail "izisnti@tut.by" marked "article in the collection") and in printed form in 1 copy. A paper copy of the article is signed by all the authors of the article, the head of the laboratory/department and the supervisor (for graduate students and applicants).
  • The article is considered at a meeting of the editorial board of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Agriculture", at which a decision is made on the advisability of including it in the collection (the relevance and consistency of the presentation of the topic are assessed, the design is in accordance with all the rules).
  • Authors are additionally informed about possible changes in the rules for the design and submission of materials.

It is not allowed to publish one article in two sources. The place and type of publication do not matter.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
