Целью данной работы было определение влияния фузариоза колоса на урожайность и ее элементы в зависимости от фазы развития растений яровой пшеницы. Опыты были заложены в условиях фитотроннотепличного комплекса. Искусственное заражение проводилось до цветения, в фазу начала цветения и через 6 дней после начала цветения споровой суспензией Fusarium culmorum. Фунгицид вносился профилактически за сутки до заражения, или через сутки после заражения. Выявлены различия в протекании патогенеза в зависимости от фазы развития растений на момент заражения – максимальное снижение массы зерна с колоса при заражении в фазу цветения, минимальное через 6 дней после начала цветения. Максимальная эффективность фунгицида проявлялась при профилактическом внесении до начала цветения растений пшеницы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fusarium head blight is a dangerous disease of cereals. The goal of this work is to determine the effect of Fusarium head blight on yield and its elements depending on the stage of spring wheat development. The experiments were conducted in the greenhouse. Artificial inoculation was carried out before flowering, at the stage of beginning of flowering and 6 days after beginning of flowering with a spore suspension of Fusarium culmorum. The fungicide was applied prophylactically one day before inoculation or one day after inoculation. Differences in the course of pathogenesis were identified depending on the stage of the plant development at the moment of inoculation: the maximum reduction of ear grain mass at the flowering stage, the minimum - 6 days after beginning of flowering.
