Разработка и использование систем документирования способствует идентификации и инвентаризации образцов, облегчает поиск селекционного материала по запрашиваемым признакам, что, в свою очередь, способствует развитию целенаправленной селекции культурных растений. С учетом значимости информационного обеспечения коллекций генетических ресурсов растений Республика Беларусь и Республика Армения предприняли существенные меры по улучшению систем документации в целях повышения степени доступности зародышевой плазмы и расширения использования образцов коллекций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The information support and documentation systems for genetic resources for food and agriculture are an integral component of managing genetic collections. They play a crucial role in ensuring food security of the countries and sustainable development of agriculture for the current and future generations as a means for an exchange and supply of germplasm to users. The development and use of documentation systems contributes to the identification and inventory of stored accessions, facilitates a search for breeding material according to the requested traits, which promotes the development of targeted breeding of crops. Taking into consideration the importance of information support for plant genetic resource collections, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Armenia took significant measures to improve their documentation systems in order to increase the accessibility of germplasm and expand the use of collections accessions.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Привалов, Ф.И.
