По результатам исследований выделены перспективные генотипы-источники ценных аллелей генов высокого и низкого содержания водорастворимых пентозанов, сформированы высокопентозановая и низкопентозановая синтетические популяции с различным проявлением гетерозисного эффекта основных хозяйственно-полезных признаков качества углеводно-амилазного и белкового комплексов зерна.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper deals with the results of the conducted phenotypic evaluation of pentosans content in winter rye grains. According to the findings genotypes-sources of valuable alleles with the high and low content of water soluble pentosans are identified.
